How to buy

By selecting a work which interests you, click on send enquiry from each pop up layer. An order form will appear on your screen and will prompt you to make an enquiry about a particular work, or a request that we contact you regarding the preferred payment method of the selected work. You will then be contacted by Mojo Associates for Fine Art by email to help with your enquiry or confirm your order acknowledging that the work is available, the total price of the artwork including taxes (if any), handling and  delivery expenses. Charges will vary according to destination. We will require a confirming email acceptance of these charges from you before proceeding.

An invoice will then be issued and sent by email prompting secure payment via PAYPAL using credit card, bank transfer or alternatively by cheque (cleared funds). The total price indicated on your invoice in Australian Dollars or, if requested, another currency for overseas purchasers includes handling and delivery expenses and taxes.

Terms & Conditions

Delivery: On receiving your order we will send a confirming email to you acknowledging that the work is available, the total price of the artwork including taxes (if any), handling and delivery expenses. Charges will vary according to destination. We will require a confirming email acceptace of these charges from you before proceeding. Our aim is to deliver your artwork in pristine condition within 14 days by courier (DHL or Pack & Send) after your payment is verified. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt of the artwork.

Cancellations: We cannot accept cancellations after dispatch (please see customer guarantee below) unless in the case of loss or damage, in which case please contact us by email within 3 working days from receipt of artwork - please see insurance below.

Customer Guarantee: If you are not totally satisfied with the artwork after delivery, you can return the work in its original packing during a 7-day period after delivery. You will be asked to contact Mojo Associates for Fine Art at info@mojofineart.com and you will be offered to choose another work or to be reimbursed (less delivery expenses). Delivery expenses and risks are at the cost of the client.

Insurance: Your artwork will be fully insured to your door covering loss or damage. Please notify Mojo Associates for Fine Art within 3 working days from delivery of any such loss or damage in writing by email.

Customs charges: The customer is responsible for any local taxes or custom duties relating to the purchase of any product ordered from our website and entering a country outside of Australia. As Custom duties vary from country to country, Mojo Associates for Fine Art advises you to contact your Customs office for further information as we are not responsible for this matter.

Confidentiality: We guarantee that all payment information submitted to Mojo Associates for Fine Art remains confidential.
